Yeah, that's what we said too, when we saw this coral in person.  This beautiful encrusting montipora exhibits the classic "rainbow" pattern of green polyps in the center, and orange polyps on the leading edge under high lighting conditions.  The blue coloration of the body is intense and can be seen even when the coral exhibits full polyp extension.
